Vojvodina is a region in the north of Serbia with vast Panonian plain.
It is connected with central Serbia by the Danube and Sava rivers. Vojvodina is a geografic, cultural and historic region divided into three natural parts, Backa, Banat and Srem. It is a unique world multiethnical and cultural phenomenon representing a true multinational treasure with 26 nationalities. The capital of Vojvodina is Novi Sad. However, there are other interesting towns such as Sremska Mitrovica, Subotica, Sombor, Vrsac, Zrenjanin, Kikinda and others.
Adventurers and lovers of cultural diversity and natural rarities will be content with its tradition and culture preserved throughout centuries.
