Kings spa oasis and fresh mountain air
Ribarska spa is an oasis of fresh mountain air, healthy food and medical springs. It is situated 540 meters above the sea level, at the slopes of the Veliki Jastrebac mountain. There are 6 mineral springs in Ribarska spa whose temperature ranges from 38°C to 42°C, and, because of thick forests and fresh air, it is a climate location. Medical treatments can be performed in the Special Hospital “Ribarska Banja”. Apart from the treatments, many visitors come to recharge their batteries with positive energy. There are a bank, post office, pharmacy, supermarkets, congress hall, library, kiosks within the Ribarska Banja complex.
A rich cultural and artistic program “Kulturno leto u Ribarskoj Banji” is widely known. Cultural and artistic companies from Serbia and abroad perform both at indoor and outdoor stages. The following events also take place: theatre plays of professional and amateur companies, literary meetings, popular and ethno music festivals, traditional food festivals, old crafts and music festivals, art exhibitions and colonies.
