Autumn

The season of harvests and wine festivals in Sremski Karlovci, Vrsac, Irig, Smedervo, Banostor...

Winter

The time of New Year’s celebrations that traditionally offers lots of fun in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Subotica, Palic and even smaller Serbian towns.
The custom to celebrate two New Year’s Eves, the internationally recognized one, celebrated on 31st of December and the one according to Julian calendar celebrated on 13th of January, exists only in Serbia!
It is during winter that the true magic of our mountains is revealed. 

Skiing and other winter sports, within our mountain resorts of Kopaonik, Stara Planina, Tara, Zlatibor, Divcibare or Goc are quite enjoyable.

Spring

The awakening of nature in the mountains, lakes, rivers and salasi (traditional farms).
Time for camping, excursions, sightseeing of the monasteries, vineyards, wine cellars, villages, salasi and cardas- authentic fish restaurants – oasis on the Danube.

Sunny cities like Belgrade, Novi Sad, Subotica, Nis and other towns in Serbia are an ideal place to meet people, explore, have fun and a good time.

 Summer

Summer in Serbia is the time of festivals.
The EXIT festival, at the fortress of Petrovaradin as one of the most famous and the most crowded in the whole world.
The fair of trumpeters in Guca, a music festival dedicated to the love for trumpets, which gathers people from all around the world.
The Beer Fest of Belgrade as Serbian equivalent to “October Fest”.
The Festival of street musicians taking place in Novi Sad.

Summer in Serbia also means perfect weather for activities such as camping, resting while enjoying cardas and salases, Tara rafting, horse-back riding, golf, sightseeing of castles and monasteries of Fruska Gora or Ovcar-Kablar gorge.
